Digital downloads: all sales final
The workbook is a digital product. You get the file right after you buy it, so we cannot take it back. All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges because you changed your mind or because it was not what you expected. Please read the sample chapter and the description before you buy.
When we will refund you
We will refund your purchase if:
- the file is damaged or defective and we cannot send you a working copy, or
- you cannot get to your download after you bought it, and we cannot fix the problem.
How to ask
Write to [email protected] with the email you used to buy and a short note about what went wrong. We will try to fix the problem first, then refund you if we cannot. Please write within 30 days of your purchase.
Paperback and other sellers
If you bought a printed book from Amazon or another seller, that seller's return policy applies. We do not handle those orders.
